Supported by a wrap-around team of microbiologists, technicians, and bioinformaticians, the PANDA Core is able to sequence up to 48 human genomes in 40 hours. Our extensive machinery, including an Illumina NovaSeq 6000, supports our services and goals.
We are proudly CLIA certified and able to offer diagnostic whole genome sequencing to pediatricians and other clinicians.
